How to Set Up and Personalize Your Transactional Emails

To manage and personalize your transactional emails in Qapla’, navigate to the following path in your account: Channels > [Channel Name] > Configure > 10. Marketing > Transactional Emails.

Overview of Shipment Statuses

Upon accessing this section, you will first encounter an overview of the shipment statuses provided by Qapla’. You have the opportunity to create a personalized email template for each phase of the delivery process. It is crucial to proactively communicate with your clients, especially when issues arise, such as address finding difficulties or weather-related delays. Promptly informing your client can enhance the customer service experience.

Template Customization Options

You can prepare multiple templates for each status. Consider creating templates in various languages if you are shipping internationally. Qapla’ automatically selects the appropriate template based on the destination of the shipment. Additionally, you can design specific templates for different occasions, such as holiday seasons or Valentine’s Day, and activate them as needed. Remember, only active templates are utilized.

Design Flexibility

Within the graphical editor, your design possibilities are limitless. Whether you opt for a static design or dynamic content, the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor supports all your creative needs. Enhance your emails by utilizing the meta variables available in Qapla’ for a more personalized touch.

Getting Assistance

Should you need further assistance or wish to have some standard templates prepared to start with, please contact our support team or your account manager.

Email Delivery Quality

Lastly, ensure the use of a high-quality SMTP service. Avoid relying on standard SMTP servers as sending large volumes of emails necessitates professional servers that guarantee high delivery and open rates. Using substandard services could result in your emails being marked as spam or, worse, your SMTP server getting blacklisted. We recommend using TurboSMTP; feel free to ask your account manager for a quote or additional details.
