Qapla' : Monitoring shipments and resolve problems

Tracking Your Shipments with Qapla'

Once your orders have been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier, you can monitor their progress towards the clients using the Qapla' Tracking View. This feature allows you to quickly pinpoint any shipments that encounter problems and may require your intervention.


Communicating with Customer Service

Through the same interface, you can communicate directly with our customer service team. If you have received an updated delivery address or other instructions from your client, simply leave a note on the specific shipment in the Tracking View. Our customer service team will promptly relay this information to the carrier. For your convenience, you can communicate with our Customer Service in either English or Italian.
