The URGENT priority is reserved specifically for:
- Order Cancellations: requests to cancel an order that is already in our system
- Address Modifications: updates or corrections to the shipping address for orders already processed in Ongoing WMS.
These scenarios require immediate attention to prevent any disruptions in your order processing and delivery timelines. By restricting the urgent priority to these cases, we can allocate resources effectively, ensuring that critical issues are resolved swiftly.
